The situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense.
Over the past day, the criminal forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire 427 times, having launched on the territory of the Republic 143 82 and 120mm mortar shells and 278 shells from grenade launchers of different types. In addition, the enemy used in the shelling infantry fighting vehicles and small arms.
The Ukrainian terrorists, on the orders of the commanders of the 53rd, the 72nd and the 92nd separate mechanized brigades of the AFU, Gruzevich, Sokolov and Nikolyuk, the commander of the 55th artillery brigade, Panchenko, the commander of the separate special purposes battalion «Donbass-Ukraine», Vlasenko, the commander of the 36th Marine brigade, Delyatitsky, and the commander of the 25th separate airborne brigade, Zenchenko, shelled the following localities of the Republic: Zheleznaya Balka, Zaytsevo, Yasinovataya, Spartak, Vasilyevka, Vesyoloye, Abakumovo, Luganskoye, Staromikhaylovka, Belaya Kamenka, the area of the airport and the locality of Trudovskiye in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city.
As a result of the shelling by the AFU, there were damaged 10 households in the localities Elenovka, Gorlovka and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city, as well as a gas pipeline in the locality of Yasnoye.
In the mortar shelling by the Ukrainian artillery, there was wounded one soldier of the DPR army.
Our intelligence continues to record the strengthening of the AFU positions near the contact line.
- In Maryinka (1 km away from the contact line), there were detected three tanks and the firing positions of four 82mm mortars;
- In Lebedinskoye (6 km away from the contact line), there were detected two howitzers D-30 and two tanks.
In addition, there was detected the arrival at the location of the 40th artillery brigade of a convoy of trucks with ammunition for subsequent shelling residential area of the DPR localities.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian side handed over the body of a soldier of the DPR army, Alexander Savyan, who died after refusing to give false testimony, for which he was abused and tortured by criminals of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the AFU, commanded by the criminal Nikolyuk.
Having a goal to rehabilitate himself with his military superiors, the commander of the 92nd brigade, Nikolyuk ordered his units to capture a soldier of the DPR Armed Forces, in order to present him to the public and the command as a saboteur preparing attacks on the AFU-controlled territory. During the capture of the soldier, on the western outskirts of Donetsk, the Ukrainian military used their weapons, wounding him in a leg. After dragging him to the Ukrainian territory, during an interrogation by the AFU punishers, the soldier was tortured. Despite this, they did not manage to make our soldier give on record false testimony about his alleged involvement in preparing sabotage. Then the soldier was shot in the head. This is confirmed by bullet holes in his body, with one in the area of a knee and the other in the head, which indicates that the soldier was first shot in the leg and then shot in the head. The reverse order is not advisable.
This fact demonstrates the true face of the Ukrainian punishers, as well as their attitude towards the prisoners.
It is important to note that the Ukrainian specialists conducted a preliminary medical treatment of the wounds, changing the shape of the damage with the extraction of bone and tissue parts to hide the obvious signs of abuse and to exclude the possibility of establishing a forensic examination of the type and caliber of weapons, as well as the distance from which the shots were made.
This is another act of inhuman mockery of a wounded prisoner unable to offer resistance and obtain protection from merciless executioners who have captured him.
The commission to investigate the AFU war crimes, operating in the Republic, will initiate a criminal case and an investigation of these facts of human rights and freedoms violations, as well as the internationally recognized rules and customs of war.
No matter what, the number of non-combat losses continues to grow in the AFU ranks. Our intelligence found that during the night BMP shooting practice, in one of the units of the 54th brigade, a fighting vehicle driver hit, while reversing, one of his comrades. The injured AFU soldier died on the way to hospital, due to the lack of ambulances at the training ground and the low quality of the provided medical care. This, once again, demonstrates the disregard of the command in the organization of such events.
In the units of the DPR Armed Forces, the combat training is carried out at the highest level. Currently, there is held the units teamwork training, which will be followed by controls.
