The Ukrainian side has refused to carry out, in the near future, the procedure of withdrawal of military equipment from the contact line in Donbass. This was reported by the operational command of the DPR. 

‘As a result of yesterday's negotiations, the Ukrainian side refused to withdraw military equipment and said it would not do so in the near future,’ said the source. 

The command spokesman emphasized that the Ukrainian military created all possible conditions to delay the procedure of the withdrawal of military equipment from the front line, as long as possible. Due to this fact, the procedure of the withdrawal of equipment of the Donetsk People's Republic troops was also postponed.
