The entire parliamentary faction of the «Samoposch» («Self-help») party is leaving for Donbass to support the radicals engaged in the blockade of the railway communication with the DPR and LPR. It was announced by the faction leader, Oleg Berezyuk, on the sidelines of the Verkhovnaya Rada. 

Asked whether it was true that the «Samopomosch» had left the parliament hall and intended to join the so-called headquarters of the Donbass blockade, Berezyuk said, ‘Yes, we have decided to support the guys, to support people in Ukraine’

‘The work of the parliament is to represent the people by examining the implementation and the establishment of legislation, and today we carry out the basic function, going to represent the people and be with them,’ he explained. 

In addition, Berezyuk urged MPs to support the adoption of the law «On the temporarily occupied territories». 

‘We will vote for it when it is introduced to the Parliament, and we demand it to happen as fast as possible. Perhaps, at the next plenary week,’ he said.
