Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire 54 times. The territory of the Republic was shelled with artillery, mortars, tanks, grenade launchers, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, anti-aircraft systems and small arms.
The most intensive shelling was applied by the Ukrainian military to the area of the localities Krutaya Balka, Yasinovataya, Yakovlevka, Zhabichevo, Spartak and the airport of Donetsk city. From the positions of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade and the 46th separate airborne assault brigade of the AFU on aforementioned areas, there were launched 354 82 and 120mm mortar shells, 184 grenades of various types and made 3 rounds from tanks.
The war criminals of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade and the 25th separate airmobile brigade of the AFU launched on the area of the localities Zaytsevo, Shirokaya Balka and Zheleznaya Balka, 36 mortar shells of various caliber and 129 grenades.
From the positions of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the AFU, there were launched 3 122mm artillery shells, 2 tank shells and 63 82 and 120mm mortar shells. There were also actively used various types of grenade launchers and small arms on the localities Dokuchaevsk, Yasnoye and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city. As a result of the shelling, there was damaged a multi-storey house in the locality of Dokuchaevsk, N 98 in Lenina St.
In addition, from the positions of the 36th separate Marine brigade of the AFU, there were launched 32 82 and 120mm mortar shells and used small arms on the area of the localities Kominternovo, Novaya Tavria, Oktyabr, Sakhanka and Leninskoye.
As a result of the mortar shelling of our positions by the AFU, there was killed one soldier and another two wounded. Moreover, over the past day, there were wounded four civilians.
Our intelligence continues to record the strengthening of the enemy’s grouping of troops. In particular,
- on the edge of the locality of Avdeevka, in yards in the residential area, there were detected 6 tanks of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade;
- there was detected the arrival of a train in the locality of Selidovo (28 km away from the contact line), with 4 MLRS «Grad», 12 tanks, 10 armored fighting vehicles and 25 pieces of motor equipment.
In addition, we recorded the work of UAVs used to spot mortar crews fire and conduct reconnaissance of our positions. Over the past day, there were recorded 8 UAVs in the area of the localities Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Kominternovo and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city.
The Ukrainian side continues its course aimed at destabilizing the situation and terrorizing the peaceful population of the Republic.
The Ukrainian terrorists, without hesitation, purposefully and during the daytime, strike at residential areas, knowing that people will be outside.
As a result of the mortar shelling of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk by the Ukrainian military, the spouses Butenko Alexander born in 1955 and Butenko Svetlana born in 1957, were wounded in explosions of 82mm mortar shells in Chekhova St, and Korolchuk Konstantin born in 1981 in Shestakovs St.
In addition, yesterday, Osadchy Andrey born in 1967, was wounded as a result of an explosive device detonated by the Ukrainian military in places used by the civilian population to approach reservoirs.
This is nothing short of frank terror against the peaceful population of Donbass.
How, at present, is the Ukrainian army different from the terrorist organization ISIS which is banned all over the world?
Despite the arrival of Erturul Apakan, the head of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine, to investigate the death of the OSCE members, and the upcoming meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk, the Ukrainian side has not only increased the intensity of shelling our positions, but is also purposefully aiming at civilians. All this suggests one thing, namely that Ukraine is not interested in a peaceful solution to this protracted conflict, but, at the same time, accuses us of this.
The development of events in Donbass is hard to predict if the world community does not pay attention to Ukraine, a newly developing terrorist state, in the power departments of which serve, without hiding, open nationalists prepared by professionals from Western countries.
