The Head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko gave the command to start the work of a  new transmitter directly at the press conference with journalists. 

‘The teleconference, which will live show the work of our Ministry of Communications which has provided a steady signal to the territory of the DPR, and the territory of the Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Kherson regions.
