The Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko said, during his press conference in Donetsk, that the Ukrainian media had published a survey of the Verkhovnaya Rada MPs, in which almost 60% of the MPs had said they did not believe the Minsk Agreements to be the only and non-alternative way to resolve the conflict in Donbass.

‘The survey results show that Ukraine will never fulfill the Minsk Agreements. They do not want it. If such a poll was held at the level of the Verkhovnaya Rada and showed such results, what can Ukraine talk about in the «Norman format»? My personal opinion is that as long as there is a slim chance to resolve the conflict peacefully, the Minsk Agreements should be used as much as possible. However, it is only their Western curators who can force Ukraine to adopt laws provided by the Complex of measures,’ said Alexander Zakharchenko.
