Despite the relative calm, in the morning of December 22, at about 14.00, the Ukrainian military again used large-caliber (152mm) artillery, having launched on our positions over 30 shells. 

Thus, we are once again convinced that the Kiev authorities are not ready for a peaceful dialogue and do not intend to comply with the ceasefire scheduled for December 24.
