Dear fellow citizens!

At the present time, there is a difficult situation in the Republic. The enemy, unable to conduct active operations due to lack of adequate military training and discipline and supervised by the OSCE, JCCC and the leaders of the "Big Four» countries, has chosen the terrorist methods of warfare. It strikes secretly within our Republic, on the most precious what we have, our citizens.

In addition, trying to destroy vital infrastructure, the punishers seek to throw a noose around the neck of civilians and accomplish their cynical plans for the genocide of the people of Donbass. The Ukrainian terrorism still continues attempts to enter our land and bring pain and suffering to all of us, just because we are not willing to live under the waving fascist flag and bow before the Kiev criminal oligarchic regime.

Over the past month, we witnessed a strengthening of the onslaught of saboteurs and committing a series of terrorist attacks, against both our leaders and vital facilities of our Republic.

On August 6, the Head of our Republic Igor Plotnitsky came under the attack of terrorists. 

On August 18, the People's Militia experts managed to carry out a unique operation to intercept the enemy's assault unmanned aerial vehicle over Lugansk.

On August 24, on the territory of an oil base in Lugansk, employees of the MGB defused an explosive device, equivalent to 3 kg of TNT. 

On August 26, at the railway stretch Rovenki - Darevka, the ministries jointly discovered and defused an explosive device, equivalent to 5.5 kg of TNT.

Today's bombardment of a mechanical plant in the town of Pervomaysk was targeted, with the enemy deliberately trying to damage the remaining production facilities for economic situation in the region to deteriorate and the civilian population to be intimidated by escalation of the social tension.

We call on our citizens to increase vigilance, at the same time keeping calm and composure, and, on the eve of the new school year, not ignore any suspicious activities that may indicate the preparation and execution of subversive and terrorist acts.

If seeing suspicious people and vehicles, unattended things, provocateurs and aggressors in our streets, especially in crowded places, you can always ask for help on hot lines of the power ministries and departments. In the event of terrorist attacks and a threat of mass disorder, please go to the nearest police station and the military commandant.

Persons involved in subversive and terrorist activities on our land, will be subjected to the most decisive and strict measures, in accordance with the norms of the legislation of the martial law introduced in the Republic.
