02:48, 10.12.2016

Data from the camcorder installed in Stanitsa Luganskaya by observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM), confirms the absence of attacks on the territory controlled by the AFU from the position of the People's Militia. This was announced by Vladislav Deynego, the authorized representative of the LPR in Minsk, at a briefing.

He reminded that on December 7, Minsk hosted another round of negotiations of participants of the Contact Group and its sub-working groups. During the meeting of the safety subgroup, in particular, they discussed ‘prospects for completion of the separation of the forces and means near Stanitsa Luganskaya’.

‘However, the OSCE avoids answering whether we have circumstances that prevent the separation of forces and means. Quite concrete questions are answered with new proposals to get acquainted with the materials that they place on the monitoring results on the official website of the OSCE,’ added the LPR representative.

Previously, Deynego noted that the area of separating forces near Stanitsa Luganskaya had become an indicator of Kiev’s ability to carry out its obligations.
