In Dnepropetrovsk, unknown persons fired several times at the windows of the Children's Clinical Hospital building, said the head physician of the medical institution, Ivashin. 

‘I think about the scum. What thoughts do they have in their heads? Who gave birth to them, brought them up, fed them, treated them ... I think about the medical personnel of our hospital, who collected money not for their pockets, but for installation of metal-plastic windows for the convenience of patients, about deputies who helped to install them. Today, it was discovered that the windows were gunshot with pneumatic weapons in several hospital rooms,’ said the doctor. 

According to him, bullets hit the windows in a ward of the second department, the manipulation room of the waiting department and the physiotherapy room. 

Neither the police nor other representatives of the hospital have yet commented on the incident. 

Similar incidents happen in Dnepropetrovsk regularly. Six months ago in the city, with an interval of several weeks, first a trolleybus and then a tram were fired at.
