The DPR started paying out veterans of the Great Patriotic War, living on the territory under Ukraine's control. These payments are an integral part of the humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass. 

In particular, the state enterprise «Post of Donbass" started paying out to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, who now live in the regions of Donbass, which are under the control of Ukraine. For the convenience of receiving payments, they are made in four offices located near the contact line.

‘We understand that we are talking about participants in hostilities, who are now of advanced age. Therefore, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has developed a scheme whereby relatives can receive payment. For this, a notarized power of attorney is required. All the necessary information is on the website of the Ministry of Labor and on our website. In addition, all the necessary information can be obtained from the hotline,’ said the acting General manager of the «Post of Donbass», Artem Serdyukov. 

From the first of April, payments will be made in mobile points which will be placed at all official checkpoints.
