The Ukrainian side does not let humanitarian aid pass to Donbass under the pretext of the blockade. This was stated by Darya Morozova, the DPR human rights commissioner. 

According to her, at present Kiev completely blocks the movement of cargo road transport on the contact line in Donbass. Civilians can cross the contact line only through the checkpoint «Mayorsk» in the Gorlovka area. 

‘After the legislative approval of the blockade, humanitarian convoys of international public organizations are not allowed to cross the contact line. In fact, nothing is allowed to enter at the moment,’ Morozova said. 

She also noted that during the blockade of Donbass, the flow of forced migrants from the regions of Donbass controlled by Kiev to the DPR, had significantly increased.
