During the day, the situation has changed and continues to worsen. 

Today, at 13:35, the Ukrainian side once again grossly violated the ceasefire and committed an act of an inhuman crime, having opened sniper fire on the People's Republic of Donetsk soldiers ensuring the safety of repair crews during restoration works on the power lines near to the Donetsk Filter Plant, damaged in the shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result of the sniper fire, one soldier was killed. 

The restoration works were immediately discontinued. The repair crews were evacuated. 

This fact reveals the true essence of the entire Ukrainian power, which simply is not able to fulfill their promises. 

Currently, the criminal forces of Ukraine are once again using heavy artillery on residential areas of Donetsk city, having launched since 16:10 over 50 shells on the city with weapons prohibited by Minsk, despite the complete ceasefire from our side.

There are no more reasons to believe the words of the Ukrainian authorities. All of them sounded by Kiev are a deceit and falsehood. 

After Poroshenko’s conversation with Trump, Ukraine is likely to lose, in the near future, the financial and military support for the terrorist operation on the land of Donbass. 

In this regard, the Ukrainian president has fallen into complete depression and ready, out of despair, to make the most rash acts and unleash a full-scale and bloody war in the east of Europe, in either direction.

He needs it to try to blame the unrecognized Republics and the Russian Federation for his own crimes, in order to defraud the West of new funds to develop his own business built on the blood of ordinary Ukrainian people. 

The military and political authorities of Ukraine have refused to implement the decisions of Minsk on the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line, and on the contrary, are carrying out a built-up of their forces. 

The activation of the enemy is confirmed by our intelligence. In particular, we record the amassing of the enemy forces and means on the contact line to create an assault group.

At the territory of the Avdeevka Coke plant, from the locality of Kramatorsk, arrived two rocket-tactical complexes «Tochka-U». In Novobahmutovka, at the railway station, another six complexes «Tochka-U» were unloaded and left to perform tasks. 

In the are of the location of the ​​72nd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, arrived two companies of the nationalists, led by the former commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps «Right Sector», Yarosh. 

In the area of ​​the locality of Volnovakha, arrived units of the National Guard of Ukraine. 

Under cover of night, exposing the Crimean direction and attempting to comply with masking measures, the anti-tank artillery division of the 57th mechanized infantry brigade is being delivered to strengthen mechanized brigades of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Mariupol direction.

In addition, we revealed the fact of the movement of the 92nd mechanized brigade, in full force, from the Kharkov region to the area of Poroshenko’s terrorist operation against the peaceful population of Donbass. 

From the locality of Gurzuf, in Mariupol arrived three battalions of the «Azov» nationalists. 

These data allow us to make a conclusion about the preparation by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the orders of the criminal military and political authorities of Ukraine, of offensive combat operations along the entire line of contact and sabotage on the civil infrastructure facilities, imitating the Nazis of 1941.

In our turn, our troops are ready to give a fitting rebuff to the enemy and make the Kiev terrorist forces flee, as we did it before. 

We address to the Ukrainian military. Perhaps, there will soon be the «X» hour for you, and by that moment you will have to decide whether you are going to certain death for the sake of the oligarch-alcoholic’s greed or you will join the liberation movement to rid Ukraine of the traitors who, for two and a half years, have sold and put the entire country in pledge for the debts to their business partners. 

Right now, taking up arms and acting against your commanders making you go to the slaughter and kill civilians of Donbass, you are able to stop the bloodshed between the brotherly peoples, the inhabitants of the once united country.

Take this decision, and we will defeat the Nazis. Poroshenko’s lie about the presence of the Russian troops in Donbas is only an attempt to justify your death to your family and friends. 

But one day the war will be over, and everyone will clearly see that for two years, this non-human have been pushing you to the war against your own people, for which he will never be forgiven. 

It is your choice on which a bright future of Ukraine depends. Believe us, it will come only after the whole greedy, initially rotten top is overthrown and banished from our land.
