Energy workers of the Donetsk People's Republic appealed to the OSCE Special monitoring mission with a request to ensure the cease-fire regime for the restoration of the Donetsk filtration plant de-energized due to the shelling. It was reported by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Construction and Housing.

‘The DPR Ministry of Energy and Coal addressed to the representatives of the OSCE monitoring mission with a request to provide the regime of silence for the line inspection and repair of damages,’ said the press service. 

The DPR Ministry of Construction said that as soon as the situation permits, the energy workers will start repairs. 

According to the company «Water of Donbass», eight localities are left completely or partially without water.
