The Galician mentality does not allow finishing off the wounded «Muscovites», as it was taught by Wilhelm Habsburg, an Austrian and the Ukrainized Head of the Sich riflemen Corps, who took the name of Vasily Vyshyvany.

This was announced by Irina Fahrion, the former deputy of the Verkhovnaya  Rada, on the air of the «OTB» TV channel.

‘I have just remembered of Wilhelm Habsburg who headed the Sich riflemen Corps. This man was so deep in the Ukrainian culture that he changed his name to Vasily and his surname to Vyshyvany, and taught the Ukrainian warriors to fight. In the context of the current war, which the government has called, for some reason, a three-letter word «ATO», he said that a Ukrainian soldier was extremely disciplined, smart, and responsible. He would go through fire and water, if he was lead by a responsible person. But the Ukrainian military had one drawback: they were not able to finish off the enemy. Wilhelm Habsburg was very surprised at it. He said, ‘He can shoot him in a leg, see the wounded Muscovite run and then, the Ukrainian stops. But he should catch up with him and shoot him in the face’. He specially gathered Ukrainian boys and taught them to be cruel in war, because only the strongest survives in the world,’ said Fahrion.
