‘The Ukrainian state authorities and radical organizations have moved into action for the implementation of terrorist plans in the Crimea, said the director of the Federal Security Service of Russia, Alexander Bortnikov.

‘The Ukrainian state authorities and the radical organization have moved to take actions for the preparation and implementation of terrorist plans in the Crimea,’ said Bortnikov at a meeting of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee.

‘This year, the Russian FSB has neutralized two Ukrainian subversive groups planning attacks on vital facilities of the peninsula,’ he reminded.
