Germany and France can not dictate to Ukraine: Poroshenko refused to change Constitution

Poroshenko refused the implementation of the Minsk Agreements to representatives of the «Norman Quartet» from France and Germany.

Such an interpretation of the position expressed by the Ukrainian President at the meeting with the foreign ministers of France and Germany, was by Sergey Kunitsyn, an MP from the presidential bloc, on the TV 112 channel.

According to him, Germany and France can not dictate any conditions to Ukraine.

‘No one can dictate to us the conditions under which we return our territories, neither France nor Germany nor Britain. I would like them to remember the Budapest Memorandum which guaranteed our territorial integrity, just in case. It really was an international document. I think that any change in the Constitution is out of question,’ said Kunitsyn.

Apparently, today’s allocation of the next loan from the IMF to Ukraine and the expected allocation of $ 1 billion from the United States under the loan guarantees, has given the Kiev regime some confidence.
