The blockade of Donbass declared by Kiev does not concern residents of the Donetsk People's Republic, it is an internal problem of Ukraine. 

This was stated by the leader of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, in Simferopol. 

‘Let them do what they want to. We do not plan to trade with Ukraine anymore. The blockade is declared by us, not on us,’ said Zakharchenko. 

According to him, the main task of the Republic's authorities is to make the enterprises belong to the people. 

‘Ukraine is not part of our plans,’ said Zakharchenko.
