The Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko held talks with the first deputy head of the OSCE Special monitoring mission, Alexander Hug. It was reported by the head of the Republic to journalists.

‘I have just finished a meeting with Alexander Hug. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We passed him a number of proposals to ensure the safety of members of the OSCE mission on the territory of the DPR and the smooth organization of flights of unmanned aerial vehicles. They promised to consider them all, and by 25 (September - ed.) give an answer to these proposals,’ Zakharchenko said.

In addition, according to the Head, he raised the issue of shelling the territory by the Ukrainian military, as well as by radicals uncontrolled by Kiev.

‘We pointed out that the Ukrainian military are shelling the civilian population, from which the social infrastructure suffers. The OSCE Mission agreed with this. They paid attention to these reports and promised to hold a conversation with the Ukrainian side,’ said Zakharchenko.

According to the Head of the DPR, the sides also exchanged views on the agenda of the meeting in Minsk on September 20.
