The Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, has arrived in Donetsk to oversee the preliminary ballot. He said this in his address to the MPs of the People's Council of the DPR.

‘The purpose of my visit is to monitor the primaries. Holding them in the DPR is the right step towards the respect for and promotion of human rights prescribed in international instruments,’ said Bibilov.
