01:49, 25.11.2016

The Ukrainian cyber activists «Sprut» (Octopus) group have obtained and published in open access a protocol decision of a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), signed by Turchinov’s deputy, Alexander Litvinenko. These documents have been received by them from the email account [email protected].

The text of the protocol decision reveals that the ministries and departments of Ukraine were given specific tasks not only on the implementation of the activities of the information war against their own population (with the involvement of the media and news agencies, which makes senseless any talks about the objectivity of the Ukrainian media), but also, quote:

‘… strengthening and supporting the spread of dissent in Russia and promoting a split of the Russian elite, creating dissatisfaction among certain social groups of the Russian population with the policy of official in Moscow ... "

The text of the decision further refers to the late Nemtsov and other representatives of the Russian «fifth column» working in cooperation with the fascist neo-Banderites in the ranks of the Ukrainian authorities, and more.
