The FSB previously reported the arrest of a group of saboteurs on the territory of the Russian peninsula, who were preparing attacks. According to the Russian Federal Security Service the detained had acted under the authority of the Ukrainian military.

Kiev is going to appeal to the UN Security Council and Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, in connection with the charges brought by Moscow.

It was stated by Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations, Vladimir Elchenko. He noted that the Ukrainian delegation had already spread to the UN a statement of Poroshenko who denies any involvement of Kiev in the attempted sabotage in the Crimea.

Elchenko added that Kiev is considering the possibility of convening the UN Security Council. Decision will be made depending on how the situation develops.
