The Ukrainian government is preparing a list of products to trade with the uncontrolled territories. It is noted that first of all it will include food.

Kiev hopes to return Donbass to Ukraine by restoring trade market, said the advisor to the Minister for the uncontrolled territories, Yuri Grymchak. It is noted that the list will include only those products that can not be used for illegal activities.

Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Ukraine for the uncontrolled territories, George Tuka said that the destruction of the trade ties with the region and the long-term policy of economic blockade had been short-sighted solutions.

The economic blockade of Donbass began almost two years ago, on November 15, 2014. The authorities of the DPR and LPR called the blockade ‘an act of genocide and the ruin of the people’. Later, the Kiev authorities restricted and then, completely banned the supply of goods to Donbass.
