Kiev will not allow Russians residing in Ukraine to vote in Duma elections

On September 18, in Ukraine, there will open no polling stations for the Russian citizens residing in the country and wanting to vote in the Duma elections.

The order not to open polling stations in Ukrainian cities was given by the President of Ukraine Poroshenko, as reported his spokesman Svyatoslav Tsegolko.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin is instructed to notify Moscow that the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation are not to take placeon the territory of Ukraine.

‘The President has instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to inform Moscow about the impossibility of holding the Russian elections in Ukraine,’ wrote Tsegolko in Twitter.
