Kiev should have the right to vote in any negotiations between Russia and the United States, relating to the cessation of the hostilities in Donbass. Ii was stated in an interview with Reuters by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Elena Zerkal. 

‘We are talking about the future of our country, we do not want to be excluded from the negotiations. We do not want to be a bargaining chip. We want to participate,’ said Zerkal. 

The official also supported the President Poroshenko who calls on the West to maintain the sanctions against Russia, adding that it is ‘the only tool’ that can keep Moscow back.
