The Ukrainian Ministry of Information Policy has distributed to all editors of Ukrainian print and electronic media instructions about what to report and how to cover the topic of the murder of the Donbass militia leader, Arsen Pavlov, known as Motorola.

‘The main thing is to avoid any memories about the very fact of liquidation so that it disappeared from the information field as quickly as possible. The news vacuum is to be filled with accompanying content, with information consumers being focused on it,’ said the letter by the Ministry.

The document also says that the authorities are concerned about the publications that speak about the involvement of the Security Service and personally President Poroshenko in Colonel Pavlov's death.
