The Ukraine - NATO commission held a session at the level of permanent representatives due to the recent escalation of the conflict in Donetsk Avdeevka. This was reported by the Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration, Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze.

‘Yesterday, due to the recent aggravation in Avdeevka, there was held a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine commission at the level of permanent representatives to the Alliance. All NATO countries expressed their unanimous support for Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty of our state,’ wrote Klympush-Tsintsadze on her Facebook page.

According to her, the commission confirmed that the lifting of sanctions against Russia can not be alleged because of the failure of the Minsk Agreements.

‘That is why NATO will continue the political pressure on Russia, there will not beans hesitations in this regard,’ said the Deputy Prime Minister.
