The Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling their own positions to accuse the Lugansk People's Republic of violation of the agreements reached in Minsk. A corresponding statement was made by Andrey Marochko, representing the LPR People's Militia. 

According to him, it was the locality of Schastye, located in the immediate vicinity of the contact line, that was subjected to the shelling. The representative of the LPR also reported the shelling by the Ukrainian military of the part of the territory of the locality of Zolotoye, which is controlled by Kiev.
