The Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko said that Moscow could always count on the support of his army in the western direction. As the politician announced at a meeting with parliamentarians, the military are equipped with the most modern weapons and ready to repulse any aggressor.

‘We, together with the Russian people, the Russians, will protect our common homeland in the western direction, no less important to Russia ... On this westward, we will die there, protecting Belarus and Russia,’ said Lukashenko.

The Head of State also noted that the army is ready for any battles, including those in the information space.
