The special services of Ukraine, supported by the United States, are preparing a provocative act of terrorism in the Kharkov subway. It was stated by the Minister of State Security od the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik.

‘The Ministry of State Security of the People's Republic of Lugansk has information that the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Valentyn Nalyvaychenko, is currently preparing to commit a subversive and terrorist act in the metro of Kharkov at the beginning of November this year,’ he said.

‘The main objectives and the purpose of this act is to create prerequisites for accusing the Russian Federation of destabilizing the situation in Ukraine,’ the minister said.

‘The mentioned act will also be presented as a revenge for the murder of «Motorola». This version is expected to be supported by representatives of the United States of America,’ Pasechnyk said.
