Uliana Suprun, who had come from the US Ukrainian diaspora and had become the head of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, signed a decree on testing on Ukrainians vaccines produced by the company, where the current official had previously worked. 

This was announced by Alexandra Kuzhel, an MP of the Verkhovna Rada, during  the talk show «Black Mirror». 

‘The first order that she has signed is N835. This order allows 95 drugs in Ukraine, testing them on Ukrainian citizens. At the same time, testing one drug abroad costs about 50,000 dollars, and here it is done for free. Seven out of these 95 drugs are produced by the company «Parexel Ukraine», where she and one of her deputies worked before. Do our citizens know that they are guinea pigs?’ said Kuzhel.
