The Ukrainian military once again show their inhuman attitude towards the inhabitants of Donbass. 

A tragic incident occurred today with a resident of the Kiev-controlled territory, who died, crossing the contact line at the «Stanitsa Luganskaya» check point from the Ukrainian side. 

According to witnesses, Viktor Chepurenko, born in 1961, was detained by the Ukrainian border guards at the border crossing point for made-up reasons. The man was not allowed to pass for about 3 hours, being kept under the scorching sun. At about 11.00 in the morning, the man fainted and died on the spot. 

At the moment, the body was sent to the morgue of the city of Lugansk.
