The Ukrainian side returned three prisoners to the DPR. This was reported by the DPR Commissioner for Human Rights, Daria Morozova. 

‘Not so long ago, the Ukrainian side brought three previously held prisoners to the buffer zone. In light clothing and without documents. But nevertheless they were brought to us. The guys are freed now,’ the Ombudsman said.

The press service of the Ombudsman's office explained that the transfer of prisoners had taken place on Sunday, December 18.
