The committee of public support for the inhabitants of the South-East of Ukraine will continue its work in 2017, said the vice-speaker of the Federation Council, Yury Vorobyov. He made a report on the organization's activities in the past year, and promised the continued cooperation with the LDPR.

The speaker, Valentina Matviyenko also called the assistance to the Republics of Donbass ‘an important and necessary work’. 

‘Colleagues, this work will continue next year, please join it,’ she urged the MPs.
