The Chief of Staff of Ukraine, Viktor Muzhenko said that Ukraine's authorities should start working on gathering exculpatory evidence for the Ukrainian troops, against which the RF Investigation Committee had opened a criminal case for violation of the rules of war.

According to the Interfax news agency, during a meeting with foreign military attaches, Muzhenko said that the Russian law enforcement agencies had instituted such proceedings against 37 military of the AFU.

‘We are not talking about six, we are talking about over 30 military, against whom the RF Investigation Committee has opened criminal cases. According to our information, there are 37 of them. I believe that in this situation, the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine have to do the same relevant work and gather information on innocence of these soldiers performing their duty to the country,’ said the Chief of the Ukrainian army.

It should not be forgotten that one of the AFU crimes is the killing of children.
