In the center of Popasnaya town, in the Kiev-controlled territory of the LPR, unknown people destroyed a memorial sign to the invaders. 

According to the press service of the city's district administration, the incident occurred on the night of June 16. 

In addition, the memorial sign was spray painted. 

‘It is definitely impossible to leave this incident with impunity. The law enforcement authorities are already investigating this crime in order to identify the perpetrators. Let's hope that soon these vandals, who will be detained, will go, at our suggestion, to the front line,’ said the head of the district administration, Sergey Shakun.
