In Ukraine, there have been plundered 5 million euros allocated by Germany to restore Donbass - Berlin requires an investigation, said Nikolay Azarov, the former Ukrainian Prime Minister, in his blog. 

‘It has become known that Germany has officially demanded that the Kiev regime investigate the theft of 5 million euros allocated for the restoration of Donbass. The amount is, of course, ridiculous and miserable, but they have managed to steal even that money. It's sad,’ wrote Azarov. 

The day before, the American RAND corporation published skeptical assessments on the outcome of helping Poroshenko’s corrupt administration.

This concerned both the military and financial «help» from international creditors, or, more precisely, one creditor, since, except the IMF, no one talks about loans to Ukraine anymore. 

The fears of the RAND were formalized in a polite manner. 

‘The Western donors are concerned about the misuse of aid provided to Ukraine and doubt the desirability of further financial support of Ukraine’.
