At the Ukrainian checkpoint near Stanitsa Luganskaya, through the fault of the AFU, an ambulance did not manage to come in time to save a woman. The Ukrainian military refused to let the car with doctors pass. It was reported by an eyewitness standing in the queue.

‘In the morning, at the Ukrainian roadblock, there formed a long queue after Ukraine had ceased to let the people pass because of the absence of the border guards.

A woman born in 1949, who was standing in the queue, fainted. An ambulance came, but the Ukrainian military refused to let it pass. The woman died,’ he said.
