In their last report on the situation in Donbass, the United Nations published a map of victims of the shelling between February 16 and May 15, 2017. 

This is reported by the local news agency «Istok». 

The agency points out that it is clearly visible on the map where the civilian population suffers and dies from the shelling. It is in the DPR and LPR. Thus, the UN specialists indirectly confirm that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling Donbass and conducting a policy of genocide against the civilian population.
