'Last night, a truck crashed into a crowd of people returning home after celebrating the Bastille Day... The Ukrainian Parliament expresses condolences... Terrorism has no nationality. Ukrainian guys die daily in Donbass from the Kremlin terrorists. This is an evil that we have to overcome,' announced Paruby.

After that, everyone in the hall rose from their seats and held a minute of silence.

In recent weeks, the towns of Donbass have been shelled from the Ukrainian positions on a daily basis, suffering death and destruction. During this time, the Verkhovnaya Rada has never expressed their condolences to the victims of such attacks.
