Last chance to separate troops in Stanitsa Luganskaya lost

02:09, 20.10.2016

Kiev’s failure to manage their units today caused again the disruption of the separation of forces and means at Stanitsa Luganskaya. It was stated by Colonel Oleg Anaschenko, the Chief of the LPR People's Militia command.

Today, around 11:00, the representative of the People's Militia launched a white flare near Stanitsa Luganskaya, indicating the readiness to start the withdrawal, but no response from the Ukrainian side followed.

‘Once again, Ukraine has confirmed its unwillingness to comply with the terms of the Minsk format agreements on the separation of forces and means. Today we have made another attempt, on our part, to separate the forces and means,’ said Anaschenko.

‘We have fulfilled all the points listed in the Minsk Agreements and launched a white flare. However, there was no answer. It proves once again that Ukraine is unable to control those units and battalions that are not subordinated to it on the forefront,’ he said.
