A civilian woman received multiple shrapnel wounds when an explosive device detonated on the northern outskirts of Gorlovka. This was reported by the acting Head of the city administration, Ivan Prikhodko. 

‘This morning, a civilian born in 1972 was blown up by an explosive device on the northern outskirts of the city,’ said Prikhodko. 

He added that the wounded had multiple shrapnel wounds. Doctors assess her condition as difficult.
