Ukraine should not expect non-visa regime from the EU in the near future, as the EU leaders - Germany and France - secretly imposed on Kiev demands to fulfill the Minsk Agreements.

It was stated by Taras Berezovets, a political analyst close to Poroshenko’s administration, on the air of the channel 112.

According to him, it is a ‘cowardly and uncivilized’ attitude of European leaders to Ukraine, since Kiev has already fulfilled all the technical requirements.

‘Ukraine complied with all possible and impossible conditions of the European Union long ago, with additional conditions constantly appearing. Today, there are no technical reasons why we can’t have it. But there are political ones.

Our Western allies, though they do it incorrectly, not documenting it anywhere, but off record they condition granting Ukraine the visa-free regime to the implementation of the Minsk Agreements.

In particular, they say that we should hold the elections in Donbass, make changes to the Constitution, and then they’ll give us the visa-free regime. Of course, no one will confirm it officially, but these conditions are voiced by the Western allies, particularly by Germany and France.

It absolutely does not correspond to either the European practice or civilized relations. It's a despicable tactics that they apply to Ukraine,’ Berezovets said.
