At night, the Ukrainian military shelled with mortars the checkpoint «Mayorsk» in the north of Gorlovka. This was reported by a source in the DPR security agencies.

‘At about midnight, the AFU opened fire from 82mm mortars at the checkpoint «Mayorsk».’ he said.

He added that along with mortars, the Ukrainian military had used infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms. 

‘Just from infantry fighting vehicles, the Ukrainian side launched about 60 shells,’ said the source.
