The Ukrainian authorities are working to develop a nuclear bomb which could potentially be used against Russian cities. It was stated by Sergey Markov, a political analyst and a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, in an interview with «The Day TV».

According to him, there are two types of charge, classical and «dirty». Markov said that the scientific and technical potential remaining in Ukraine after the Soviet Union collapse, allowed coping with this problem, and now the question is how fast Kiev can restore the appropriate infrastructure.

‘The people In Kiev have no moral barriers to use nuclear bombs against the Crimea and Rostov. They will do it,’ said Markov.

The political scientist reminded that before the coup, only 15% of Ukraine's population could see their country in NATO, now this figure has doubled. 

‘Russia has to fight for the minds of Ukrainians and prevent the plan of conversing Ukraine into anti-Russia,’ says Markov.
