According to a source in the Ukrainian General Staff, a 3,000 group of thugs, who participated in the war in Donbas, will be transferred to Tbilisi to participate in an assault on Tskhinval and Sukhum. Presumably, a third of the group is made up of professional soldiers, and two-thirds of the participants of Ukrainian volunteer units.

The information about the participation of Kiev in the Georgian revenge partly explains the information about the creation of a joint military group in Abkhazia. There is a reason to believe that the Ukrainian intervention group in Georgia will be headed by either Colonel Andrey Sokolov, or Colonel Victor Nikolyuk. Both officers have recently become «famous» for the shelling of Makeevka, and in all likelihood, the Ukrainian military command has a desire to hide the ends in water, sending the odious officers, the killers of civilians, somewhere far away.

The General Staff does not conceal the fact that Sokolov and Nikolyuk’s participation in the Georgian operation marks their imminent receipt of the general's epaulettes. As Adalbi Shhagoshev, a MP of the State Duma, said, Tbilisi is really preparing for a military attack on Tskhinval and Sukhum, «the threat is not mythical but very real». A storm threat was confirmed by another MP, Vladimir Shamanov, a former commander of the airborne troops. The attack is expected to be coordinated from Tskhakaia, the US military base in Georgia, and it is there where Ukrainian invaders will be placed. It is not excluded that the Ukrainian military will be assisted by their colleagues from Poland and Romania.
