Tymchuk explained the peaceful "reintegration" of Donbass: It is an army operation

00:52, 20.06.2017

The famous «speaking helmet» of Ukraine, an MP and a member of the committee of the National Security and Defense Council, Dmitry Tymchuk, explained what means the so-called law on the reintegration of Donbass, which is being cooked in Kiev in honor of Poroshenko's flight to a meeting with Donald Trump.

What the Kiev speakers aggressively publicize as a peaceful reintegration with benefits and indulgences for the inhabitants of Donbass, presupposes the transition to an «army operation» under the leadership of the president.

‘In fact, it is a military operation, led not by the Security Service (as now, in the ATO regime), but by the Operational Staff.

The general leadership of the Operational Staff will be implemented by the President as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the General Staff is also responsible for defense issues. The President is given the right to decide how to use the AFU forces and means in the operation, and to enlist other power structures, but under the general command of the military.

All the current military and civilian administrations or military administrations, in the event of creation of the latter, are also subordinate to the Operational Headquarters,’ wrote the MP on his Facebook page.

Tymchuk also made it clear that the benefits and indulgences that other Kiev propagandists lie about, are really lied about. In any case, in the version of Tymchuk, the bill does not mean indulgences, but , on the contrary, restrictions on the rights of citizens and the media, of course.

‘On the whole, it (the bill) is aimed at resolving administrative issues by the military, to restrict the rights of citizens and the media, etc. (see the law «On the legal regime of martial law»),’ said Tymchuk.

‘None of the critics will be able to offer at the moment anything more effective and relevant to the realities of the conflict in Donbass,’ noted the talkative «speaking helmet» in summation.

In Donetsk, they have already stated that they do not and can not support the proposals on reintegration of Donbass, voiced by Kiev.

‘After three years of the war, the Donetsk and Lugansk Republics will not believe Kiev's words ‘Let's forget everything, let everything be just fine’. Therefore, this option is not considered,’ said the Permanent Representative in the Contact Group, Denis Pushilin.

In addition, according to the DPR representative, the proposed reintegration option does not correspond to the Complex of measures, envisaged in the framework of the Minsk Agreements.
