The Kiev military shelled residential houses in the locality of Krasny Yar in the Lugansk precinct, there are damages. This was stated by the prosecutor of the department for work with the media, international cooperation and normative activities of the LPR Office of the Attorney General, David Katz. 

‘On March 28, in the evening, the Ukrainian military opened fire on the residential sector of the locality of Krasny Yar (Bolshaya Vergunka),’ he said. 

‘In houses number 8 and number 9 in Mariupolskaya street, the windows were damaged, in the house number 11 the roof was affected,’ said Katz. 

The prosecutor added that there had been the direct hit in the courtyard of a house in Kerchenskaya St.
