The Ukrainian side disrupted the process of the separation of forces and means of the contact line in the locality of Petrovsky, to the south of Donetsk. It was re[ported by Eduard Basurin, the deputy commander of the DPR operational command, at his briefing.

‘According to the framework decision adopted by the Contact Group on September 21, 2016, today is the deadline for the implementation of measures on the separation of forces and means of the sides on the contact line in the area of the locality of Petrovsky. Thus, the Ukrainian side has completely disrupted the implementation of the conditions of the framework decision and demonstrated its unwillingness to solve the conflict in Donbass in a peaceful way,’ he said.

He emphasized that the DPR forces, for their part, had completed all the preparations and were ready to carry out the withdrawal of their units in Petrovsky.
