Once again, the infrastructure of the Donetsk People's Republic has been attacked by Ukrainian saboteurs. 

Attackers tried to rob the rail service in Donbass od communication channels. In particular, as a result of sabotage, there were damaged lines of the ETT trunk service provider, which today is virtually the only major supplier of Internet traffic from the territory of Ukraine. Due to this fact, there were interruptions of access to the worldwide web on the entire territory of the Republic. This situation, as well as the lack of communication of the mobile operator «Lifecell» was commented by the DPR Minister of Communications, Victor Yatsenko.

‘First, you need to understand the scope of the tragedy. At the moment, we are searching for the break. If it is farther than the gray zone, the restoration may be delayed for weeks until we are able to find workarounds. As for the situation with the «Lifecell», it is not yet clear for us. The fact is that we do not know their topology, we do not even know how to help them. On the territory of the DPR, there are none of their technical staff. The «Lifecell", in their turn, never cooperates with us and does not ask for help’.
